Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for elevator and escalator systems in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Establish contacts with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and facility managers.
- Attend industry events and network with key stakeholders to generate leads.
2. Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate elevator/escalator models and configurations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
3. Technical & Commercial Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to prepare tailored proposals.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and timelines.
- Follow up on approvals, drawings, and handovers.
4. Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates to management on market trends, competitor activity, and sales forecasts.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in elevators, escalators, or building services/equipment.
- Prior experience in the UAE or GCC construction market is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
