- Design and implement ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, public address, BGM, SMATV, IPTV, fire alarm, and structured cabling systems.
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and layout plans using AutoCAD or similar tools.
- Perform site surveys and risk assessments to determine technical feasibility.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation.
- Coordinate and supervise ELV system installations at sites.
- Manage installation teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Test and commission ELV systems to ensure full functionality and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ELV systems.
- Provide post-installation support and maintenance services.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, main contractors, and vendors.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the design, procurement, and execution teams.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations at job sites.
- Coordinate inspections with authorities like SIRA, Dubai Civil Defense, or Abu Dhabi Civil Defense.
- Familiarity with ELV system software (e.g., CCTV NVR/VMS, access control programming tools, fire alarm panels, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of networking, IP configurations, and structured cabling standards.
