About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Operator to support our ICT project teams by preparing accurate technical drawings and layouts. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing CAD designs for ICT infrastructure projects, including structured cabling systems, data centers, and telecommunications networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings for ICT systems, including layouts for fiber optics, network cabling, and telecommunications equipment.
Interpret project specifications, design plans, and technical drawings.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and standards.
Maintain up-to-date drawing records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in the coordination of design modifications and implement revisions as required.
Ensure all CAD work complies with relevant industry codes, standards, and client specifications.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
Proven experience as a CAD Operator in ICT or related technical projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); knowledge of Revit, BIM, or MicroStation is a plus.
Familiarity with ICT infrastructure elements such as structured cabling, server rooms, racks, and network design layouts.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ICT projects in construction or infrastructure sectors.
Knowledge of international standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, BICSI, ISO/IEC).
Basic understanding of project coordination and documentation workflows.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
