Key Accountabilities
- 24x7 availability and to handle the escalations as and when required. Coordination with the Carriers partners for Trouble Ticket resolution.
- Able to generate Audit, health, capacity Reports
- Perform IGW tasks including testing with new partner
- Acceptance Testing and New Feature Implementation
- Handling Customer Complaints
- Configuration Changes in IGW core nodes ( SOFTX3000, SBC)
- Trouble Ticket resolution within SLA
- Operations and maintenance of SBC and IGW
- Able to read, understand and analyses to the call flow and Telecom Protocol traces
- Have strong communication ability with customer and handle VIP care cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic or Telecommunications or Computer engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
- More than 6 to 7 years of experience in Mobile Core network (IP Nating, SIP, and SS7 Signalling) and telecom technologies with team management and analytical abilities.
Skills
- Good Knowledge about the following is must: SS7 ISUP, SIGTRAN, SIP, IP network , International Call Setup Call flow.
- Good knowledge core protocols like H.248, SIP, SS7, and SS7 over IP SIGTRAN, SIP/SIP-I/SIP-T, A-interface through knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting.
- Time and resource management.
- Report analysis skills.
- Communication, Flexibility and Customer Service Orientation.
- Work under pressure an able to motivate and inspire the team.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
