’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (also referred to as Technical Manager) with a strong background in aluminum façade systems to lead and oversee our design and drafting team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ draftsmen and façade designers
- Oversee all technical aspects of façade design, detailing, and coordination
- Ensure design accuracy, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery of drawings
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to align technical output with project goals
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and materials
- Provide technical support and leadership to the engineering team

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
- Proven experience in aluminum façade systems (minimum 8–10 years)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and façade systems
- Previous experience supervising large technical teams in the UAE or GCC is preferred
