Job Title: ERP Implementation Consultant

Overview:

An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the successful deployment of ERP systems within an organization.

This role involves coordinating various aspects of the implementation process, including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support. The ERP Implementation Specialist acts as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and alignment of the ERP solution with the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the ERP system.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configuration settings.

2. System Configuration:

• Configure the ERP system according to the documented requirements and specifications.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the configuration process.

3. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Develop test plans and scenarios to validate the functionality and performance of the ERP system.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects, and work with development teams to resolve them promptly.

4. Training and User Adoption:

• Develop training materials and documentation for end users, administrators, and support staff.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on how to effectively utilize the ERP system.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to facilitate smooth adoption and usage of the system.

5. Post-Implementation Support:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the deployed ERP system.
• Address user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements or updates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and modules, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Certification in ERP systems or related technologies is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
