Position: Sales Consultant (Telesales)
Gender: Female Candidates Only
Language: Must Speak Urdu Fluently
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Telesales / Call Center / Sales
Location: Deira, Dubai
Timings: 10.00am-7.00pm
Salary: Attractive Salary + Incentives + Commissions
Joining: Immediate Joining Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration services
- Handle Malayalam-speaking clients professionally and persuasively
- Convert leads into appointments or successful applications
- Maintain proper client follow-ups and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Female only
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience
- Must be fluent in Urdu (Hindi/English is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
