Requirements.
- 3–5 years in joinery and fit-out estimation/quantity surveying within the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and production processes in interior fit-outs.
- Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and fit-out works based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Generate and submit quotations in line with project timelines and company standards.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss project requirements, present quotations, and negotiate terms.
- Coordinate with the production team to align manufacturing timelines with project schedules.
- Work closely with site engineers to monitor execution in line with estimated costs and approved specifications.
- Arrange and present material samples for client approval.
- Prepare and confirm detailed material specifications for procurement and execution.
- Maintain updated records of all quotations, revisions, and approvals.
