Role Overview:
The Estimation and Quantity Surveying Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost
estimates and managing project budgets for all kinds of architectural and interior fit-out projects.
This role involves analyzing project specifications, conducting quantity take-offs, collaborating
with design and project management teams, and ensuring that estimates align with client
budgets and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design and exhibition projects, including
materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and designs to determine resource
requirements.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure accurate cost projections.
Quantity Surveying:
- Measure and value the quantity of materials and work required for projects.
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and client requirements.
- Monitor material usage and work progress to ensure alignment with budgets.
Tendering and Procurement:
- Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
- Source and manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project timelines and
budgets.
Cost Control and Reporting:
- Monitor ongoing project costs and compare them against budgets.
- Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
Contract Management:
- Assist in drafting and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and company
standards.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless project
execution.
- Address client inquiries related to cost and budget matters.
- Support project handovers and final account settlements.
Requirement:
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience
Experience in Interior Fit-Outs and Exhition field.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
