Job Description:
We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in the construction sector within the UAE. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling cost estimation, tendering, variations, and project budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and progress claims
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
- Prepare and submit interim and final payment applications
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and local market rates
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
