A reputed interior fit-out company in Dubai is looking for a qualified Estimator/Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in the UAE.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying within the UAE interior fit-out industry.
2. Strong knowledge of pricing, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and tender submissions.
3. Experience in site supervision is a definite advantage.
4. UAE driving license is mandatory.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs for fit-out projects.
2. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
3. Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and clients for accurate cost planning.
4. Conduct site visits when required.
