We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team! As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project cost estimates and contributing to the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials (Ceramic & Sanitary Ware)
- Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate estimates.
- Work closely with engineers, and subcontractors to gather the necessary information.
- Assist in evaluating and managing cost variations during project execution.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to provide accurate pricing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in estimating.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Estimator in the UAE, preferably in the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimating software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
