Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute floral setups for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other special occasions
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, theme, and floral requirements
- Present mood boards, event proposals, and pricing packages
- Coordinate with florists, decorators, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution
- Supervise on-site setups and manage event day operations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up after events
- Provide guidance on floral trends, color palettes, and arrangement styles
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (Mandatory)
- Female candidates only (as per business requirement)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in event planning, floral styling, or similar fields is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
- Excellent presentation and client-handling skills
- Creative flair and an eye for design and aesthetics
- Driving license is mandatory
