Mira Construction is looking for the Event manager to join the team, who will be responsible for strategic planning, organisation, and successful execution of events. In this role, you will initiate and lead events around the world — from international exhibitions to private presentations and conferences.
Responsibilities:
Full management of the event preparation process: from concept to post-event analysis.
Planning and coordination of events: exhibitions, roadshows, presentations, conferences, and workshops.
Development and control of event budgets.
Selection and coordination of contractors: venues, catering, technical support, design, and printed materials.
Communication with clients, partners, government bodies, and sponsors.
Collaboration with designers to create materials aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
Monitoring quality and ensuring deadlines are met.
Analysing event effectiveness and implementing improvements.
Contributing to the development of the holding’s overall event calendar.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in event management (preferably in Europe)
Proven experience in managing projects from scratch: planning, logistics, and oversight
Strong budget management skills and financial discipline
Experience working with contractors and ensuring quality control
Willingness to travel frequently within the EU
Flexible schedule (availability to work evenings and weekends if needed)
Fluent in English (C1) and Russian — both required
EU visa is a plus
