Job Title: Events and Exhibitions Account Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager with 3+ years of experience in events/exhibitions to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and generate leads independently. The ideal candidate will have leadership potential to grow into a team leader role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Self-generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
- Identify and target new clients (corporates, brands, government entities).
- Pitch Luxe’s services (exhibitions, conferences, activations, etc.).
2. Account Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Oversee event execution from proposal to delivery, ensuring profitability.
- Upsell additional services to existing clients.
3. Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics).
- Prepare reports on sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in events/exhibitions (agency or corporate).
- Skills:
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai events and exhibitions market.
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Leadership potential to grow into a managerial role.
- Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
