An Events and Sales Manager plans, coordinates, and oversees events while driving sales through client relationships and marketing strategies. They manage event logistics, generate new business, and ensure client satisfaction from planning to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events from concept to execution
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales
- Create proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with vendors, staff, and partners
- Manage event budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits and oversee event setup
- Track sales performance and meet revenue targets
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and event success
Qualifications:
Must be in the UAE and willing to work in Dubai.
Experience in F&B industry is a plus.
Proficiency in event management and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
