Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Dubai market, especially in corporate, travel trade, OTA, and long-stay segments. They will be responsible for driving revenue, developing business strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability across our hotel and hotel apartment properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and online travel platforms (OTAs).
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales goals by promoting room bookings, events, and long-stay packages.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with reservations, marketing, and front office teams to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecast revenue, and present performance updates to senior management.
- Representation: Attend trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions to promote the brand and develop market presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in a hotel/hotel apartment environment
- Strong network of corporate clients and travel partners within the UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems (e.g., Opera, IDS)
- Knowledge of Dubai hospitality market trends and customer behavior
- UAE driving license is an advantage
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joiners or short notice period
- Arabic language skills (advantage but not mandatory)
- Track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
