We are a dynamic and growing catering company operating across two distinct brands: one specialising in luxury, high-end events and the other focused on efficient, quality-driven corporate catering. We are looking for an Events Operations Manager to join our leadership team and help us deliver seamless, memorable experiences across every event type.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day event operations across both premium and corporate catering segments
- Lead, train, and develop operational staff to ensure world-class service delivery
- Create and implement effective SOPs and training programs across departments
- Manage the scheduling and deployment of the events team to ensure optimal coverage across all events
- Coordinate setup and execution for diverse service styles, from plated fine dining to buffet and canapé service
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and operations
- Maintain consistent standards and brand integrity across both catering divisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-end catering or hotel F&B operations
- Strong understanding of varied service styles (silver service, buffet, station setups, etc.)
- Experience managing or working within multi-brand operations is a plus
- Confident trainer with the ability to design and deliver clear, effective training
- Skilled in staff scheduling and team coordination
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable with evening and weekend work (rotational basis, not fixed schedule)
- UAE driver’s license and access to own car (essential)
