Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Excavator Operator to safely operate hydraulic excavators in a [construction / mining / utility] environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of excavation techniques, equipment maintenance, and site safety protocols. This role plays a vital part in our site operations, supporting excavation, trenching, grading, and material handling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, or pits and move earth or materials.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Follow blueprints, site layouts, and supervisor instructions to carry out excavation tasks accurately.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or into containers.
- Safely work around other workers, utility lines, structures, and environmental conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, material moved, and hours operated.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to company and site-specific safety policies.
- Communicate clearly with ground crews and other equipment operators to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform minor servicing and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid operator certification or license for excavator operation.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures for heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and grade stakes.
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding outdoor environment.
Working Conditions:
- Work in various weather and terrain conditions.
- May involve overtime, weekend, or night shifts.
- PPE (personal protective equipment) must be worn at all times.
- Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery vibration is expected.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
