Receptionist/Administrator (Female only)
With at least 2 year's experience in UAE
Required Skills:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with visitors, clients, staff, and management effectively.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor to assist and accommodate visitors or clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in using office equipment (phone systems, fax, photocopiers) and software (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, CRM software).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected situations or issues calmly and efficiently, whether it’s managing an irate visitor or handling a last-minute appointment change.
- Time Management: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in appointment scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Experience (Optional but Preferred):
- Prior Experience: Experience in customer service, office administration, or receptionist duties is beneficial.
- Internships/Volunteer Work: Even if you haven't worked as a receptionist before, internships or volunteer roles involving customer service or front-office tasks can be valuable.
Additional Certifications (Optional):
- Customer Service Certification: Shows a commitment to high-quality service.
- Microsoft Office Certification: Useful if the position requires regular use of software like Word, Excel, or Outlook.
