Job description:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to CEO (Female) to support them in Operations Department.* This is a unique opportunity to grow in business operations, strategy, and executive leadership support within a global IT company.*
Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Business Director/CEO: calendar, travel, meetings, follow-ups.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely task completion.
- Coordinate with departments to track deliverables and KPIs.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and formal business documentation.
- Support internal communications between Director and team members.
- Attending onsite clients meetings globally.
- Participate in strategy discussions and assist with business planning and reporting.
Requirements
- 1.5 - 2 years of experience in executive support, operations, or administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT (Tech related field), Business, or Communications.
- Candidates should have good understanding of Information Technology (IT) concepts, tools, and industry practices.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tools like Trello or Notion.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Confident personality and outspoken nature with can do attitude.
- Willing to travel for meetings, workshops, and business events.
