Job Description
- Provide follow-up to compliance with the operational process.
- Take minutes and provide follow-up
- Back up the information in each client's digital file.
- Coordinate with the courier the pickup location for packages to be processed. (For customers who do not have a visit)
- Coordinate meetings with clients, according to the calendar managed by each executive (A meeting must be held at least twice a year with the policyholder/policyholder and/or the person in charge of the policy)
- Make presentations for each client and keep them updated
- Prepare monthly reports for your clients, your Management Report.
- Maintain updated renewal control and provide follow-up with the technical area
- Provide refresher and induction talks when the client requires it, or when there are changes in benefits, operations, or/and proactive support.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing university studies in Business Administration (not essential) and/or a Technical Course in Insurance.
- English preferably
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Insurance
- Fluent command of the English language is essential
