Sales Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
- Conduct presentations, pitches, and meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop customized transport packages tailored to the needs of corporate clients
- Lead Generation & Networking:
- Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients.
- Finalize agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales performance and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and goals to the senior management team.
- Driver Recruitment & Training:
- Manage the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of chauffeurs and support staff.
- Ensure drivers maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Scheduling & Dispatching:
- Supervise scheduling to ensure all bookings are fulfilled efficiently, and clients receive timely, high-quality service.
- Use dispatch systems to optimize routing, minimize wait times, and ensure smooth logistics for both drivers and clients.
- Customer Experience Management:
- Ensure an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints, including pre-booking, during the ride, and post-service follow-up.
- Handle special client requests, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication with clients before, during, and after their journeys.
- Manage customer service operations to ensure any complaints or feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all vehicles are in full compliance with safety standards, licensing, and regulations.
- Monitor and enforce operational procedures related to safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain the necessary insurance and legal requirements for vehicles and drivers.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Optimize operational processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
- Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and operations within the transportation industry, with at least 2 year.
- Presentable and able to converse with customers of a wide range.
- Knowlege of English, Hindi. Arabic is an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with high-level clients and manage a team.
- Knowledge of fleet management, logistics, and scheduling systems.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education:
- Any degree diploma.
- Ability to handle excel, email and basic software.

- UAE driving license mandatory.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for client events or last-minute requests.
