Job Description
Organize the company's directors' schedules, provide high-level customer service in person, by phone, and online, prepare and organize meetings and presentation documents, monitor and enforce tasks and deadlines for the team and clients, work in pre-sales and post-sales with clients and potential clients, schedule strategic meetings and manage their agenda, maintain and monitor control spreadsheets, learn sales and negotiation techniques to help achieve the company's commercial goals, support directors in strategic commercial management decisions, and support directors in strategic decisions with a vision for growth. (Note: You will receive in-person training to develop commercial management, impact communication, leadership, and sales skills.)
Job Requirements
Good verbal and written communication, emotional intelligence and professional posture, organization and focus on results, skill with agendas, digital tools (Google Calendar, Docs, WhatsApp Business, etc.), ease in dealing with people and generating empathy, discretion, confidentiality and loyalty, desire to grow and develop professionally, experience in sales, customer service or reception, experience with administrative routines, knowledge of the Windows Office package and social networks, ability to solve problems independently, ambitious profile and with goals for personal and financial growth.
