Job Title: Executive Secretary
Job Summary:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, communications, and travel logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and clients, drafting and managing communications.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, assist with event planning, and maintain organized files.
- Project Assistance: Support special projects through research, data compilation, and report preparation.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in an Executive Secretary role.
- Mandatory experience in travel management.
- Travel-related courses are Mandatory
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
