Job Overview: Here's your chance to step into the role of Executive - Tactical Sourcing at Dubai Holding Group Services. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to tactical sourcing processes, guidelines, and protocols as per set standards.
- Align sourcing activities with business procurement needs and stakeholder requirements.
- Prepare reports on KPIs, highlight operational gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support FM Sourcing Lead on tactical procurement improvement initiatives.
- Act as the first point of contact for tactical sourcing queries and escalate exception cases.
- Manage RFQs and tendering processes for high-volume, low-value sourcing projects.
- Assist in supplier evaluation and selection aligned with procurement strategy.
- Provide input for supplier negotiations to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Perform bid evaluations, cost analysis, price justifications, and risk assessments.
- Address supplier and stakeholder queries regarding sourcing statuses.
- Manage full contract lifecycle including initiation, evaluation, renewal, and termination.
- Update contract terms and ensure implementation, including insurance and BPAs.
- Create and maintain purchase agreements/catalogs to support touchless buying.
- Support supplier relationship management to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor and report supplier performance against contract and delivery benchmarks.
- Recommend actions to resolve supplier-related issues proactively.
- Support identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Report cost savings and performance improvements from sourcing projects.
- Meet individual KPIs in line with overall DH GS procurement objectives.
- Participate in upskilling initiatives and apply learnings to enhance performance.
- Promote a customer-centric and high-performance culture within procurement.
About you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, Project Management) are preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, ideally within shared services or hospitality
Technical Competencies:
- Tactical sourcing and procurement management
- Supplier relationship and contract lifecycle management
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge
- Procurement project execution
