- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive immigration counseling to clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the application process.
- Conduct sales consultations, addressing inquiries and concerns, and effectively communicating the benefits of our immigration services.
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
- Promote and sell our products/services confidently and professionally
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Work as part of a high-performing team with a focus on results
- Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam, Sinhala, Tagalog, or Hindi (must speak at least one fluently)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ready to start immediately
