Job Summary: Candidate will be responsible for providing operational support in executing administrative requirements related to Ministries, MOHRE, Immigration, DHA, Municipalities, Visa Authorities and other government bodies in order to fulfill the statutory business needs of BVS Global and its clients. The candidate is also responsible for preparing and processing MOHRE and residency visa applications and documents for all employees in compliance with labor and immigration regulations and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- Should have excellent working knowledge on Visa processing, Mainland and Free zone
- Maintain strong working relationships with Immigration, TAMM and other government services centres.
- Support with TAMM, CICPA, ADPF, MOFA attestations, Trade License Renewals, Other government transactions.
- Take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation
- Manage communication with clients and employees.
Other requirements:
· Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
· Must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team.
· Good communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues, and government authorities.
· Must be able to work on tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy
· Minimum 2 years of experience similar position
