Conducts calling to property owners (both residential and commercial properties) in Abu Dhabi
Builds professional relationship with the property owners and landlords to create business over the phone
Updates the database and tracker on a regular basis and summarizes the available and upcoming units for rent or sale
Prepares daily report of the units that are available for rent or sale in excel and pdf file
Assists and supports the agents in finding suitable options for their clients' inquiries
Arranges viewings for potential tenants and buyers through proper coordination with the owners/landlords or their representatives
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 2 years experience as Real Estate Listing Coordinator or Call Center
Advanced knowledge in MS Office particularly Excel & PDF
Good English Communication Skills (Arabic speaking is an advantage)
Familiar with the projects of the major developers in Abu Dhabi
