BLVD Holiday Homes is seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue across our holiday home portfolio by analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, and implementing dynamic pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, occupancy, and competitor pricing
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue
- Prepare detailed revenue reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations teams
- Manage distribution channels and inventory availability
- Prepare rent projects
- Prepare listings on OTAs and Bayut & Propertyfinder
Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue or yield management (hospitality industry preferred)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Booking.com Extranet and discounts
- Strong knowledge of Pricelabs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
