What You’ll Do:
- Hunt and close new business deals in Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Time Attendance, IT Surveillance, and ELV Solutions).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Deliver high-impact sales presentations and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Crush monthly/quarterly targets with uncapped commission potential.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and outmaneuver competitors.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3-4+ years in B2B sales (UAE/GCC experience preferred) in Security Systems, IT Surveillance, or ELV.
- Proven track record of smashing sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IT Security, and Low-Current Systems.
- Hunter mentality – self-motivated, persuasive, and relentless in pursuing opportunities.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills (English fluency required).
- UAE driving license is a plus.
