High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus. Proven experience as an F&B Associate, Waiter/Waitress, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling payments. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
