Summary:
Skilled Fabricator and Welder with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the oil and gas sector within the UAE. Proficient in various welding techniques and fabrication processes, ensuring adherence to industry safety and quality standards. Experienced in working on pipelines, pressure vessels, structural steel, and mechanical components used in oil and gas facilities.
Key Skills:
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
- Fabrication of steel structures, piping systems, and pressure vessels
- Use of fabrication tools, cutting machines, and measuring instruments
- Inspection and quality control procedures
- Safety compliance and site regulations (including HSE standards)
- Team collaboration and site coordination
- Experience with installing and maintaining spark arrestors, including knowledge of fire safety standards.
- Ability to inspect and replace arrestor mesh or elements.
- experience in metal fabrication, preferably working with pressure vessels, fuel tanks, or gas containers.
- Skilled in cutting, drilling, welding (MIG, TIG, or Arc welding) of metals like steel or aluminum.
- Familiarity with fabrication drawings, tolerances, and quality control.
- Experience working to industry standards and safety regulations
