- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Should have relevant experience in the maintenance and operations of high-rise buildings.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, as the job may involve interacting with different teams, clients, and service providers.
- A strong understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) is required.
- Ability to manage vendors effectively, ensuring service quality and timely execution of tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cooling towers and their functions is also important for this position.
- Good analytical and report preparation skills, related to jobs essential in the building.
- Assist the Facilities Manager to operate the day to day activities.
- Assist the manager to establish the preventive maintenance plan in line with the contractual requirement.
- Supervise the day to day facility operations as to the contractual terms with the client which includes both holidays & working days.
- Resource allocation / execution of the Preventive / Reactive Maintenance Plans.
- Allocating the day to day work assignments to the subordinates.
- Liasioning with Specialized system maintenance contractors & other sub•contractors
- Issuing necessary permits to execute the facility operations.
- Ensuring the completion of subcontract activities within the scheduled time.
- Validating, verifying & ensuring the completion of planned maintenance tasks & additional client requirements on time.
- Coordinating with internal depts for site related material / vendor resources.
- Coordinating with client representative on day to day facilities management.
- Orientation & on the job training to the subordinates
- Update & maintain client asset register & its maintenance history.
