Looking for finishing foreman.
To provide day to day hands-on supervision of the skilled/unskilled labors and ensure that all finishing operations are in line with company policies, regulatory standards and statutory guidelines, deadlines and requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work & plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls and painting, tiling and marble works, parquet flooring and landscaping.
To ensure that all skilled/unskilled labors undertake their duties in compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies, and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.
To control and allocate the flow of work in the site to make the best use of manpower, equipment and other resources.
Allocate general and daily responsibilities for the labors according to their capabilities.
Supervise and train skilled/unskilled labors.Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
To implement management decisions.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
