Department: Maintenance & Facility Management

Salary: AED 8,000 per month (all-inclusive)

Job Purpose:
To oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repairs of building facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with UAE standards. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, cost efficiency, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all building systems and equipment.
- Supervise daily maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repair works.
- Manage and guide a team of technicians and support staff.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations across the facility.
- Prepare regular technical and performance reports for upper management.
- Manage maintenance budgets and provide cost-saving recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all local authority requirements (Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA/SEWA/ADDC, etc.).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates in a facility/building maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage teams and oversee multiple maintenance activities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
