Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market presence across the UAE.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet company revenue targets.
- Prepare and lead the tendering process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, facility management companies, and government entities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies proactively.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the pest control or service industry, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE pest control regulations, industry standards, and tendering procedures.
- Proven ability to develop and implement commercial pricing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
