Join Us as a Facilities Planner at Halcon
As a Facilities Planner at Halcon, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of facility design, construction, and installation projects. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure all facilities projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong organizational, technical, and communication skills to manage both internal needs and external partnerships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise facility-related projects including equipment installation, renovations, and redesign efforts

Review and support design modifications, equipment specifications, and contractor deliverables in coordination with leadership

Conduct and design feasibility studies for project proposals

Support budgeting efforts by assisting in preparation and monitoring of facilities-related expenditures

Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards

Participate in the selection of third-party consultants including architects, engineers, and contractors

Coordinate with technical teams to manage project execution and ensure site readiness

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure needs are met from project planning through post-construction assessment

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all construction and facility activities

Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records related to facilities planning and construction history
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in institutional planning, engineering, architecture, business administration, economics, industrial technology, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in facilities and space planning

Strong knowledge of project specifications, construction safety standards, and maintenance practices

Experience in coordinating with contractors and consultants on mid- to large-scale facility projects
