Essentials: At least 4-5 years’ experience in the UAE. Must have knowledge in full FM operations. Must have strong personality and can handle staff. Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own. Delegate Cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members Experience in planning and maintaining facility budgets & contract handling. Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes. Experience working in Facility Management Company. Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting.
