Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities across the Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facility supervision and a strong understanding of UAE regulations and building systems. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth facility operations and a safe, efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned facilities
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance
· Coordinate maintenance schedules and supervise service contractors
· Monitor and optimize energy usage and sustainability practices
· Maintain facility budgets and control operational costs
· Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
· Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues
· Use facility management software to track tasks and performance
· Collaborate with internal departments to support business operations
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineer.
· 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or property operations in the UAE
· Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
· Familiarity with UAE regulatory standards and safety codes
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Skills
· Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs
· Budgeting and cost control expertise
· Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
· Immediate Joiner highly prioritizes
