Job Summary:
The Factory Manager will oversee and manage all factory operations at Abiya Industries, ensuring efficient production, compliance with safety and quality standards, and alignment with company goals. The role involves supervising staff, managing resources, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high levels of productivity and workplace discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily factory operations and meet production targets.
- Supervise and train factory staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Oversee material flow, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor KPIs, control costs, and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with management, HR, and procurement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of factory/production management experience.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
