We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Factory Production Intern to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be from an engineering background (excluding Chemical or Bio) and will assist in supporting production activities, maintaining reports, and performing accurate data entry. This is a hands-on opportunity for university students or fresh graduates to gain valuable industry experience in a fast-paced factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring day-to-day production operations and reporting to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain production logs, daily reports, and operational data.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to inventory, batch processing, and quality control.
- Support in tracking and analyzing productivity and efficiency metrics.
- Help in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow improvements.
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
- Observe safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols at all times.
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the production or factory management team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Must hold a valid own visa (student, spouse, or family visa).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and general data entry.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Strong communication skills (English - verbal & written).
- Willingness to work in a factory setting and learn on the job.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Pay: Up to AED1,500.00 per month
