About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility in Azerbaijan. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical and electronic systems, be computer literate, and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements for quality and output
- Manage a team of production workers, including scheduling and performance management
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and electronic systems
- Maintain accurate records and reports using computer-based systems
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Requirements:
- Degree or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of factory machinery, production lines, and automation systems
- Computer literate – proficient with MS Office, production software, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Fluent in Azerbaijani (English and/or Russian a plus)
