Job Description
We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee and elevate the Food & Beverage operations at our luxury Maldives resort. This is a unique opportunity to work in a breathtaking tropical environment while leading a talented culinary and service team.
The ideal candidate will bring leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple dining outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Food & Beverage operations including restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service
- Drive financial performance through revenue growth and cost management
- Lead and develop a diverse team of chefs, bartenders, and service staff
- Maintain and improve food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction
- Oversee menu development in collaboration with the Executive Chef
- Implement effective training and development programs
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an F&B Manager in luxury resorts or 5-star hotels
- Proven leadership in managing high-end dining operations
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and KPIs
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary trends and guest experiences
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- International work experience is preferred
- Willingness to relocate and work in the Maldives full-time
