VIKO Immigration is seeking an experienced and result-driven Immigration Sales Manager to lead our immigration sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration services and sales leadership, with a proven ability to drive results and manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the immigration sales team
- Set individual and team targets and ensure consistent achievement
- Handle client consultations and assess eligibility for immigration programs
- Maintain strong knowledge of immigration policies and procedures
- Track team performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct regular training and support team development
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the immigration industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client objections and convert leads
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Compensation & Benefits:
