We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Female Accountant with a minimum of one year of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and supporting the company’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expense reports
- Reconcile cash, card payments, and bank deposits with sales data
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Track inventory purchases and costs; help with stock reconciliations
- Ensure all accounting procedures comply with legal regulations.
- Handle monthly closing procedures and generate financial summaries
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of local tax laws and retail accounting principles
