- knows Dubai Court System and Ministry of Justice System.
- knows typing, editing, retrieving, and copying through Microsoft word and excel.
- Perform administrative duties including filing, handling calls, emails, fax, etc.
-assist lawyers in preparing documents and reports
-communicates with clients in Arabic and updates them on legal matters
- Prepares reports and correspondence in Arabic.
- Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
- Preferably with law firm experience. Fluent in Arabic is a MUST. Good in English is a plus.
