We are currently seeking a smart, confident, and results-driven female candidate for the position of Business Development Manager in our real estate firm based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-presented, enthusiastic, and capable of building and nurturing strong business relationships. You will act as a relationship manager, leveraging your interpersonal and communication skills to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to boost business growth in the real estate sector
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Engage and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams
- Lead contract negotiations and assist the sales team in achieving revenue goals
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a smart and dynamic female professional
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
