Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing and media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging content across various platforms including digital, print, and social media — with a strong focus on corporate branding, property promotions, and event materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital assets for social media, websites, newsletters, and advertising.
- Create print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and event backdrops.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing, real estate, and management teams on creative ideas.
- Handle photo editing, retouching, and preparing images for publication.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in a similar role (preferably in real estate or corporate sectors).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, basic video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration.
