Duties and responsibilities
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payment.
- Ensure all transactions are accurate and efficiently handled.
- Issue receipts, refunds, changes, or tickets as needed.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure the accuracy of cash drawers and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Safeguard cash, checks, and other forms of payment.
- Follow all cash handling and register procedures to minimize losses.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Compliance and Security:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries.
- Provide product information and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Sales Support:
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, or store events to customers.
- Support other store staff with various tasks as needed.
- Adhere to store policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Advance Knowledge in Computers
- Experience of any ERP.
- Bachelor Degree or High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE
